Ron Chartier has been teaching acting for more than 21 years. He has taught in both England and Canada. In London, England, Ron taught and directed at The Academy of Live and Recorded Arts and the Unicorn Theatrre as well as several other centers throughout the greater London area.

As an actor Ron has performed lead and principal roles in MOW's, features and episodics. Selected credits include, Stealing Sinatra, Beakng News, Cold Squad, Out of the Blue, Artic Blue, The X Files, The L Word, Fantastic Four, and Watchmen.

 Ron's theatre credits are extensive. He is a graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada in Montreal, Quebec. Prior to that he studied film and theatre at both Studio 58 and the University of Brititsh Columbia in Vancouver, B.C. Stage credits include directing and/or acting in productions in both Canada and England.

Some of Ron's students have appeared as leads, supoprting leads, guest stars, reoccurring roles and principal performers in various film and tv productions. Some of these include, Davinci's Inqeust, Sk8, Smallville, First Wave, Andromeda, Cold Squad, Stargate SG1, Honey I Shrunk the Kids, The Outer Limits, Reindeer Games, and Goosebumps .
