Daniel is the assistant Director of the Vancouver Academy of Dramatic Arts. Daniel has trained over 1000 actors ranging from children to seniors. His students have booked professional work on Feature Films and TV Shows such as Final Destination 2, Josie and the Pussycats, Elf, Smallville, Battlestar Galactica, Stargate SG-1, Dark Angel and L-Word to name a few.

Having studied acting for the last decade, Daniel brings an energetic, realistic, positive and inspiring approach to his teachings. He challenges the actor to always be observing and exploring in scenes and society as well as develop his awareness. He has devised a checklist for Film, TV & Commercial auditions, scenes, rehearsal and building characters that he shares with the students. Daniel places great emphasis on being certain the student fully understands and is able to apply the techniques learned in class. He creates a caring and safe environment for artists to develop.

Daniel has over 25 Film and TV credits to his name and many theatre and Improv appearances. He was a member of 2 comedy troupes over the last 8 years and has worked in the Montreal “Just for Laughs” festival in 2002. He has worked along side such stars as Heather Graham, Denise Richards, Chris Klein, Seann William Scott, Reba McEntire, Jessica Alba, Ronny Cox and Wayne Knight.

Daniel is also an avid filmmaker who is frequently involved in the independent film community in the city.
