Vancouver Academy of Dramatic Arts

Designed for graduates of the introduction courses or for actors with previous film and television training; this course is where acting becomes a reality. Students learn to explore the layers of subtext and underlying emotions in their characters and scenes. Drills, exercises and intensive scene work help each student achieve a higher level of believability in their acting.

Instructor- Jill Teed

Jill has established herself as an accomplished actor with a long list of credits including: regular/re-curring roles on several television shows, such Falcon Beach, Cold Squad, Smallville, Flash Gordon, Battlestar Galactia. Numerous Guest Star performances on Supernatural, Outer Limits, Stargate SG-1, The “L” Word, Reaper, World on Fire, Halo and X-FIles and has appeared in a myriad of feature films such as Charlie St. Cloud, Along came a Spider, This Means War, American Pie: Book of Love, Mission to Mars and X2.
